Lee Tincher, MS, RD, President
Lee Tincher graduated from Loma Linda University with a BS in Administrative
Dietetics and received her MS in Healthcare Administration from the
University of LaVerne. Lee has over 25 years of dietetic experience,
working as a Consultant Dietitian, Director of Food Service, Nutrition
Services Director, teacher, and since 2003, as President of Healthcare
Management Composite, Inc. Lee’s passion is connecting dietitians,
facilities and resources to provide optimum food and nutritional care
for residents. Lee’s expertise in computer applications is leading
Healthcare Management Composite to the cutting edge in food
service software.
Sam Ousey, RD, Vice President Operations
Sam Ousey graduated with a BS in Food and Nutrition from Winthrop University.
In her 20 years in dietetics, Sam has worked as Administrative Dietitian,
Consultant Dietitian, Corporation Dietitian and currently serves as
Vice President Operations for Healthcare Management Composite. Sam’s
passion lies in practical application of nutrition in long-term care
(LTC) facilities and developing excellent consultation professionals.
Victoria Major, MA, RD, Director, Menu Programs
Victoria Major graduated from San Jose State University earning both
a BA in Foods and Nutrition and an MA in Dietetics. In 1976, Victoria
was a founding partner of Healthcare Management Composite. Victoria
has worked in all facets of dietary consultation for 40 years, including
teaching, research, cost control, purchasing, food preparation, staffing,
and publications. Victoria’s passion is cooking, developing new
recipes, and professional writing.
Sonja Lorraine, RD, Director, Human Resources
Sonja Lorraine graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a BS in
Nutritional Science. In her nine years of dietetic experience, she has
worked as a Food Production Supervisor, Director of Nutritional Services,
Consultant Dietitian, and currently as our Human Resources Director.
Sonja’s passion is locating and placing qualified Dietitians.

Debbie Bill-Serpa, CDM, CFPP, Menu Services Coordinator
Debbie Bill-Serpa completed a Dietary Manager certificate program through
American River College and subsequently passed the exam to become a
Certified Dietary Manager and Certified Food Protection Professional.
Debbie’s 17 years of foodservice experience includes Cook and
Dietary Manager, and currently Menu Services Coordinator for Healthcare
Management Composite. Her passion is cooking, food and supporting dietary
service supervisors.
